watching my reps succeed, helping them to close deals and seeing something click with them for the first time
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are thoughtful about how things will be received by the employees while maintaining a balance in upscaling the business at the same time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my peers on the AD team and my director they are smart, intuitive and supportive. The majority of my team is also very smart and open to growth and it is so satisfying to watch them evolve!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think that the sales culture in particular that was cultivated here at TKWW is remarkable. I've never seen such a large group work so well together. There is a palpable sense of positivity and respect and I love that so much!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that I'm paid quit a bit less than my peers in similar roles at other companies. I work and give a lot more as a Director than I did as an individual contributor and feel I my base should be more substantial for the work that I put in.
