People are nice at TKWW, and I am confident in the company's growth trajectory. However, TKWW gets complacent when it comes to pay/benefits. Most of us could likely get paid more at other tech companies/have better benefits. TKWW should be creative on how to retain employees in this market.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The flexibility/unlimited PTO - as long as I get my work done and meet deadlines, my managers let me have a flexible schedule (for example - logging off early on a Friday if everything is done. Other jobs want you to sit at your desk until 5 pm even if you are finished).
