Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like they make excuses as to WHY we aren't getting paid fairly but in the end, it's just that - excuses. We're not in the office right now, which I appreciate, but we're doing 10x more work now for the same amount of pay, which isn't great for our mental health
