A company that wants to do the right thing, but a company culture that doesn't seem to want to put in the extra time and energy required to fully realize its high aims

What are some of the best things about your team?

They're genuinely very friendly people

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Not listening enough to vendors.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Walking the walk, even when doing so is costly and time-consuming.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There doesn't seem to me to be a fair and objective link between compensation and performance.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

More emphasis on quality over quantity. I don't feel that the work I'm being asked to do actually provides a service
