I've really loved working at TK and hope I can continue for many more years. However, the pay scale does need to be adjusted regardless of tenure.

They're friendly, funny and always available to help each other.

They've clear and transparent with the company's objectives. Friendly, respectful and always thinking of employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They really emphasize PTO and taking time to be with family/friends. This isn't a life/death company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working on product that helps couples plan a wedding. It's a fun product vs something that inherently harms people or tries to screw them over.
