Close leadership does not understand the workflow is too much and doesn't present any resolutions to help with it
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that the culture exists remotely still. Having perks at work is a big thing for me, and I love being in a work hard play hard enviorment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary has been cut a few times now for the exact same job role I have been doing for many years. Either bring back my salary or provide better benefits ie paid insurance.
