at the beginning i was extremely excited to work for the knot and i truly enjoyed myself. it feels like we are being pushed, work much harder than we use to. The quota going up so much feels like its almost impossible for the underdogs to really make money. over worked vs compensation

I feel like we should be getting more % of the sales we bust our butts to make. especially with such high volume I feel like we should get more of the sales commission
