Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Salaries need to reflect current job markets and the company has not expressed any plans of meeting current inflation gaps in current salaries. Medical benefits are very expensive. They should invest in salaries/benefits to retain employees vs more office experience activities that most don't need.
