I am a legacy WW employee and have been disappointed with the experience since the merger. We used to be such a close-knit team, and now there's so much negativity, poor communication, bureaucracy, and competition. I used to love working for this company, and it's been difficult to see these changes

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Ever since the merger, there has been culture shift. The legacy WW culture was one of teamwork and communication, whereas the legacy TK culture is very competitive and cutthroat. Over the past few years, I've seen the competitive culture take over and it's disappointing.
