Working from home and being able to take my break time to pick up my kid from school and don't have to worry about finding rides
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When you get all positive reviews and don't get a raise it makes you feel unappreciated. Was told it was due to COVID which is untrue cause multiple people received one. Now everything is going up for cost of living and not being compensated which is hard being a single mom.
