Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think our pay is on the lower side for the industry. I know myself and many other employees would appreciate a better 401k match, but the rest of the benefits are good.
What makes you most happy at work?
The freedom to work remotely has made me the happiest I've been at my job in a long time. Having the flexibility to work where I want takes a lot of daily pressure off, and makes coming to work (even in my own home) less stressful.
