Not pushy on deadlines, very cognizant of your personal life, allows for a work-life balance

A lot of offerings outside of just medical and dental. There are mental health offerings, education programs, etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working on projects that I am passionate about and seeing my work show results. Also, working with a great team who is collaborative and creative.
