What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Having people from different backgrounds and different time zones everyone is so eager to explain things and work with you.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is understanding and when work is being assigned they get back to me in time. And everyone respects other knowledge on subject matters and we learn every day.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work is organised and every one knows what needs to be done, more of an autopilot thing you don't have to ask people this was your duty and you missed that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are really understanding of the work culture and provide flexibility to all. The only thing is in terms of growth we always want a salary hike but being hired during covid and seeing other people being hired now. I feel cheated about the hike given to me in comparison to giving to them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As explained in the last comment was hired during covid and was given a 5 % hike in salary from the last drawn, with the reason given was as it is covid we cant do much. Keeping in mind my qualifications and I have proved myself to this company and everyone sees that. My pay is nothing as compared t
