The most positive thing about the work culture for me is the familiarity with which we treat each other and support each other without expecting anything in return.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is reviewed annually and allows for improvements adapted to the employee, for example, to withdraw variables in order to have a fixed salary in the event that the employee no longer works for measurable objectives.
