Open communication/ realistic expectations and goal setting. Also having a manager who is personable yet extremely effective when it comes to coaching and helping me progress in my career.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the brand and I am passionate about the company itself. I feel welcomed, seen, and appreciated. If I need help with something, I know where to go.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am fairly new to TKWW, but the executives have been nothing short of welcoming. They have reached out several times personally to say "thank you" or "great work!" This sounds small, but it goes such a long way to feel appreciated and recognized for the work that you do.
