Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a leader in my discipline and feel like myself and my team are always an after thought even though we play such a big role in getting products successfully out the door. My comp is really low compared to what other directors in the field make. I have managers on my team who are making more.
