I am happiest when I have made a clear contribution and helped create a strategy that will improve our products for customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Feel underpaid for my contribution. Additionally, while unlimited PTO sounds great it is problematic. Some teams have employees who take two weeks off, while others only take days here and there. I would rather have a large number of vacation and personal days that are equal and the same for all.
