overworked, under paid. our commission needs to be higher and closer to industry standard or better. Also we need better 401k perks.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

what TKWW stands for, I believe they do try and do the right thing. Adding diversity filters or the anti discrimination policy for example.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

we're overworked so our quotas either need to come down so we can make more money for our work or we need more support so that our workload reflects our pay
