TKWW has taken real strides in cultivating and molding our culture up to and including have people focused on community management and employee experience.

Nearly every single member of the leadership team that is very down to earth and approachable. I can ask them questions and get honest and candid replies.

Each member I've had direct and indirect contract with have been approachable, honest, and transparent. I appreciate their candor, honesty, and willingness to challenge the status quo.

What makes you most happy at work?

That the work I do moves us closer to achieving our North Stars, the people are incredibly smart, and we're all investing in achieving the company ambitions.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I find our leadership team to be accessible, down to earth, open and honest. Our leadership team treats each and every employee like a business owner "warts and all".

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Focus and alignment, better prioritization (doing fewer things better) and alignment among the departments. Better communication (where better = timely & transparent) when high visibility leaders depart the business. I am also not sure recent dismissals have been done in good faith.
