The satisfaction I receive personally from helping our couples make their special day come true. My co-workers and managers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the tasks that we do on a day-to-day basis, we are not compensated for the detailed type of work we do. At one time, the role may have been in the right compensation pkg., but it's evolved and no longer is. Employees are leaving due to pay.
