Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't think I get paid for how much turnover I can bring to the company. that's less than 10% of what I produce. We do not have work systems up to what we do. We have just enough mobile phones, we don't have tablets but bulky laptops.
