Completing my to do list, helping someone on my team succeed with a small or big win, non-work gatherings like having lunch together even if it is over Google Meet
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base pay is substantial plus I get bonus payments every month based on my team's performance. But we are also rated on how the entire sales team combined perform which motivates us to help out other teams when they need it.
