best team ive ever worked with by far. always willing to help no matter what load is on their plate!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Offering very commission based on the individual plans I work on as an AM. I feel as if that would increase motivation, even if the percentage is minimal seeing as we are not the Sales executive, but I knowing we will be rewarded a portion of the total sale would incentivize taking on more accounts
