It's been a struggle so far.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

It has been a struggle onboarding this year. I have never experienced this when moving to a new company.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Greatly enjoyed Tim's participation with Kids day

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Real application of company's mission and values.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Accountability and transparency are needed for this team.

What makes you most happy at work?

Adding value to the team

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The corporate messages are positive.. just not feeling it at our department level.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

There's a significant amount of frustration and burn out which is creating division within the team. Need a sense of trust and team.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Some coworker interaction is fine. Team is not united. Need to improve positivity and team mentality. I suggested a DISC team exercise to improve the understanding of different personalities.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

It has been chaotic. There hasn't been clear direction. The team feels divided and frustrated. There is a lack of transparency with progress or data from the business or executive level. Feels like a used car salesman approach without the ability to back up program scope or timelines.
