What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
While we do have a quick work pace, we are also encouraging and understanding.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are always keep it light and have a good "office" humor. Everyone is quick to help and that makes asking for help that much easier!
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I am able to see my productivity is very helpful to me. I also enjoy the camaraderie with my coworkers. When you have a more difficult customer and you are able to meet their needs that is a good feeling as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We don't currently have a manager, but the other leadership roles are great! They care about my personal life and they take the time to understand my needs. They are also dedicated to helping me learn in my way the best way to help the team.
