Uplifting, supportive, and hardworking. Always willing to help in any situation!

Completing projects together as a team, and seeing the end result.

Initially had to settle for a lower pay than previously discussed.

Training Managers, working on competitive pay, and promoting from within the organization.

Company beliefs are in line with my own, leadership is very communicative.

That they are so open minded and care about undervalued or underrepresented communities.

I do love that the company does initiatives that really speak to out core values.

Being able to work on my own, and knowing I have a supporting team to help me when I need.

Being able to get my work done without interruption, or being pulled into a impromptu meeting or slack call without warning.

They put value in marginalized groups and actually mean it: creating initiatives and events for these groups as well as benefits.

Re-evaluations and some analytics on the cost of living where your offices are located, as well as critical analysis of job scope vs. description.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

We need more team building activities. I feel virtually, there is no real connection between co-workes that fosters relationships and it is all work between our team.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel under valued due to being passed up for opportunities to move further in my career for new hires instead of leadership promoting and training from within. Additionally, I feel as though my compensation does not accurately reflect market value.
