The people on it. They (we) are all team players and always eager to lend a hand whenever and however we can.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how invested my leads/managers are. I feel like they genuinely care about me as an individual and want to see me succeed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like comparatively, we do not make enough money. The cost of living has tremendously increased over the last couple of years, and a 2-3% raise is absolutely not sufficient.
