I have only been here 4 months but I believe I will be here at least another 2 -5 years. Especially, if the company follows the tech industry and closes for a week during winter and summer. The people are authentic, have good intentions, and are excited to do good work.

I do not need it. But I love that employees are eligible for parental leave on day 1.
