I am relatively new and was so excited and expected to love it here. If leadership could discourage team acrimony and incentivize their leaders, managers and peers to work together and encourage questions and ideas.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall TKWW has been a good place to work. I am looking forward to seeing if it can be great, by continuing to listen to its people and make improvements. One area of focus is ensuring that the managers are held accountable if not living up to the company ethics & culture that Tim speaks of.

They seem to be competent and responsive.

Meetings feel adversarial and questions or clarifications are met with animosity.

Salary is good but I would like to see a financial bonus structure.

Some coworkers are great (helpful, respectful) but others can be condescending to others which breaks down communications.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That I can see a current trend moving from negative to positive - with a shuffle in leadership.

I wish the company culture of caring for others and being more collaborative together was actually practiced and encouraged for the Enterprise team.
