I love it here. there is not a moment that goes by that I dont think of how lucky i am to work with such great people

The day to day conversations I get to have with my coworkers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
health vision and dental insurance is so important. The company match on the 401k is awesome too.
What are some of the best things about your team?
we just click, each on of us has our own strengths and we rely on one another equally. we legitimately win together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
you feel like you have been a part of the team and you know everyone for the longest - ON DAY ONE
What makes you most happy at work?
My family is always first and thats the motto at work for everyone. I dont feel pressure. this place is extremely family friendly its true to its mission.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
there is always positive reinforcement. thats rare in the real world. no one on my team despite ample experience makes you feel less than them-we are all equal and they help you succeed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel valued - my team is aces. I value my work ethic in a way that I believe the quality of work i bring to the table 100% of the time is priceless. To say my compensation is enough would be selling myself short.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
inclusion. all hands on deck and we all work together. You have directors and VPs who are on your level taking feedback and really allowing teams to grow and be a part of the process. Its really a fun culture - The knot cares about my family time and Its a good feeling.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
management empowers you. I have received so much great feedback. i really enjoy being at work. when I am wrong about something managers take the time out to side bar (never on blast in front of others) and TEACH you how to correctly execute whatever it may be so you yourself can present accordingly
What are some of the best things about your team?
I dont feel brand new. I know I am but I am treated like I have been a part of the team for the longest. I think our dynamic is so awesome. I look forward to talking to my team every day. Our personalities all naturally sync and it makes for a great work environment.
