The push for employees to take care of themselves before anything else. The culture is uplifting, positive, and healthy.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing myself succeed and knowing that my management team is always looking out for my best interest to help me move forward with the company in the future.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team feels like a small family. My manager cares about us and we care about each other. Everyone, even other teams, work to help each other succeed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am able to work to achieve my goals and know that the harder I push the more compensated I am for all of the work I put in. It feels fair, unlike other places I have worked, and that is something I appreciate and drives me to work harder.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Since starting with TKWW I have felt like I am part of an organization who truly values me, not only as an employee, but as a person outside of my job. I have been encouraged to take PTO, time for my daughter, time for my mental health, all while still trusted to do my job by management.
