It's only been less than 4 months. Overall, I am happy with the company. However, I am still trying to figure out my role and how it fits into the project that I am hired for.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The unlimited PTO is the best part.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The diversity environment is the most positive part of the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy when the team is getting along and working towards the same goal. I am not sure I am there yet.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My interaction is mostly with the Project Manager on my team. The rest of the folks are from different team and it's neutral at the moment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Tim seem very genuine and down to earth via the town hall I have attended. I haven't got the chance to really learn much around the leadership team.
