this company has the worst 401k match I have ever seen. They also fail to recognize the current job market for fair compensation

This organization needs to learn that being staffed only by people who have only ever worked her lacks any form of perspective leading to your in ability to articulate a vision or plan for the future

There is no vision at this organization - the leaders lack any perspective whatsoever and have not exemplified any ability to lay out a plan for the future. The plan is they want to grow and go public but fail to put any executive leadership in place to get them there.
