Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I compare on the same job elsewhere, the salary is much more motivating. The annual increases do not help us in the face of the increase in the cost of living. I would just like it to be in line with the salaries of the job market. Initiative also like pay 50% of transports, bike for go the work
