What makes you most happy at work?
Interactive sessions with my team. Self learning sessions through udemy. My will to deliver my work on time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My IT team is really very supportive whether the Spain team or US team. They might not come here in India to support me but they do their level best to improve my situation here. They are 24*7 available to resolve my problems.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best thing about our leadership team is that they are easily approachable. They might not be available everytime but they do response to our queries through different mediums. They are transparent about company's growth and profits. All level of employees get equal treatment by them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am part of the IT team in team working on a post of Assistant Manager single handedly looking all the tasks but my compensation is lowest in the organization as per my post. Since I am the only IT employee here, I don't feel included in team activities and this makes my situation depressing.
