I was on the TA team for a little under 2 years before being laid off. I then came back a month later to be on the TPM team. While being laid off was tough, I genuinely still love TKWW and can't wait for my future here on the build team

We have a great PTO policy (unlimited!) and an outstanding mat leave (18-20 weeks)

The people!! I've become great friends with all of my co-workers and managers and always look forward to working with them throughout the week.

Being able to work with people on my team and on other teams and being celebrated for hitting different milestones both personally and professionally

The people I work with are amazing and I look forward to waking up and going to work in the morning to interact with them
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is very transparent with us on TKWW. They do a great job of really encouraging a great work/life balance and providing us with the tools to do our jobs well!
What are some of the best things about your team?
They genuinely care about everyone in their personal and professional life. I lost my mother after being on this team for just 4 weeks and the amount of support and love that I got was incredible. I am so grateful for this team.
