Overall my experience has been good. I think this is a promising company however the in person culture is really something I value in a company and with no office and only a wework that is optional that will be hard to obtain.

I think knowing I am doing a good job and adapting successfully makes me happy!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have only experienced in person culture a few times but everyone is friendly and caring.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think we all really care about helping each other. I know I can reach out and ask anyone a question!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think my Manager cares about how I am doing and is very supportive. 1 on 1 time is set up weekly and there is an easy line of communication. I do think that the Sales Rep could do a better job of caring for their AMs though.
