During my career I have learned and contributed a lot to my team and I have grown in terms of responsibilities. I have lived years of change in the company in which I have seen how a great company became part of an international group and this process has been hard but enriching at the same time.

Knowing that we are working to make a difference on one of the most important days for many people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In some markets we are still a bit below the salary range considering the experience and responsibility we have.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It is an open leadership team that focuses on the business but also on the social impact we can make as a company. Open to the rest of the members of the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work in a very flexible and free environment where everyone can take responsibility for their own projects and tasks. It is a young, diverse and very open environment where everyone can express themselves as they are.
What did you like most about the interview process?
During the process you will probably have interviews with some of the team you will be working with and you can get an idea of whether you feel comfortable or not, also, the recruitment team is open and they make you feel comfortable.
