Overall, I love the job! However, the one thing that I am not too pleased with is the pay.

So far so good! I just wish we had a more reasonable base pay.

I like all of the fun contests we do to boost morale.

The competitions are fun -- they create a fun rivalry and a way to earn extra money.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The one thing that this company is really lacking in is competitive pay for it's employees. The commission structure is not great and should be reevaluated.

I feel as though we need a higher base pay to make us feel not just more valued as employees but more on par with other companies in sales/marketing.
