The maternity leave and the unlimited PTO. In particular, the company's culture to encourage its employees to actually take PTO and unplug.

All my team members are very intelligent and good at their job. Also, they are all very willing to provide support or thoughts when asked.

How challenging my job is. Also, that my boss does not have unrealistic expectations and manages our team accordingly. She advocates for our team's well being while ensuring we provide high quality service to our business partners.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture considers the employee's happiness and needs, which I believe comes through in our products. So far, I feel comfortable voicing my concerns with my workload etc., and do not feel like just another cog in the wheel.
