I love that we have bonus tiers after reaching quota, and that there are opportunities to move up and be promoted.

I like the incentives given to us, and also that the leadership team really does care about the well-being of their employees.

My team is extremely positive. We have all become friends and we are there to help each other and welcome new team members!
