I haven't been here long but it really has been such a blessing working with people who care deeply about their work but also about their home/personal life. Work hard and focus on moving towards our goals but never at the expense of our families/personal life. I keep harping on that, but it's true.

everyone is super helpful, not egotistical, and down to earth.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base salary is great even though it may be a little low in terms of big tech. The annual bonus is also very nice.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We work hard and drive towards our goals while also realizing we all have life outside of tkww. The incredible work/life balance was something shared with me during interviewing/onboarding and it's nice to see leadership walk the walk and not just talk the talk.
