Everyone is so uplifting and we always celebrate each other's wins, no matter how big or small
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our base salary is too low and now that the commission structure is changing, I am worried that there is a chance I will make less than I was told when I was hired.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's hard to tell because I am a remote employee, but our morning meetings set the tone for the day and I appreciate the effort our ADs put in to try and get other members of the primary team together (i.e. Brainstorm Buddies, contest incentives)
