Everyone wants to see everyone else succeed together and everyone makes time for everyone else. Everyone is willing to and eager to share knowledge.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a constant line of communication and those above me are always interested in if I am happy in my position or if there is any room for improvement.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very aware of and concerned about burn out and working healthy hours. This makes for a great work life balance and I feel very productive without feeling burned out.
