Work-life balance is promoted! There is also a level of transparency that I find to be unique.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is super supportive! It honestly feels like we have multiple Team Leads on our team because of the willingness to help each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be really great to see a higher base pay. The new commission plan is also daunting. It almost feels as if we are getting punished if we have an off month.
