I am doing the work I am uniquely fit to do while still learning and overcoming challenges every day as I go deeper into the work. It's a great balance of knowing I'm great at my job while never feeling bored or like I can't still learn something new.
Unlimited PTO. I can put in the hard work at TKWW because I know I'm trusted and encouraged to live a full life outside of work. Not having to budget my days off has freed up bandwidth to be creative and productive both at work and outside of work.
I deeply appreciate the level of personal transparency from our leadership. I have buy-in to our goals in part because I have buy-in to my leaders as people who also have families, laundry piles, favorite podcasts, spotty wifi, travel plans, pets by their desk, areas to improve, and big dreams.
Everyone really is invested in the culture of friendship, and not in a clique-y way. We love to win together and that takes knowing each other, not being put out by someone else asking for help, and pulling our weight because we care about seeing each other succeed. Everyone genuinely cares!
We win together. Everyone here matters and that means making sure everyone has what they need to be engaged and contribute to the success of the whole. I love especially that recent restructuring has led to more people with less on their plate so no one feels too big a burden. Burnout =/= success!
