They are genuinely invested in us and our growth with the company. They are also pretty transparent about what is going on.

The work is challenging but interesting, and I love my team and the effort that goes into making us feel connected in a remote world.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are truly a family - we are always quick to help and support and encourage. I know I will always be met with understanding and empathy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Improving the benefits would be key - we have a bad 401k match, our health insurance is not good, and I would value stock options or something more than a starbucks giftcard thrown my way every once in a while. We also need to look at our base salaries and raise them to match the market standards.
