Paper Zone / E-Commerce zone is great. Have a lot of people with lot of knowledge that is fun to work with. Looking forward to get to know more people and expand my scope!

I think there is a good culture. People likes training other persons and share knowledge, I think there is a culture to Success as a Team and empowering teammates which I encourage too and is great.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what I do. I love to learn more and be better. I enjoy working because I can make impact on Teammates and help them to be better, at the same time this allows me to grow more.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits good. Company should do more Job to make it visible to all the Payment wages based on roles (at least Base) so you can encourage people to aspire more or to know what to expect if they work harder for promotions.
