I love the people I work with and the flexibility to work from home. I struggle with feeling undervalued and underpaid in such a demanding position.

Our team is collaborative and understanding, I love the people I work alongside on my team.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I believe I am underpaid for the work I do for the company. It can be frustrating living paycheck to paycheck when you feel you're a strong worker.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I feel undervalued, do not think management makes it clear how to show the organization you're a vital member and deserve raises/promotions. I do not think there is room for growth at this company in my current position.
