The most positive thing about the company culture is that we celebrate each other's personal and professional wins and make sure everyone feels welcome
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how there is very open communication from all levels of the leadership team. Leadership is invested in the growth of individual employees and not just the growth of the company which I love.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love how open and available my team is to help out others and offer suggestions, as well as just making an effort to get to know me since joining. Despite working remotely, I really feel the sense of community on my team which is really nice
